Company Profile

PXT is an independent private equity firm recently settled in the heart of Singapore. Our firm aims for concentrated impact through acquisition of large-stake positions in dynamic markets. We focus on generating strategic value, enabling us to swiftly capitalize on high-reward opportunities, uncovering new horizons for growth. Our first portfolio ventures retailed software and hardware in American markets, but operated in Asia Pacific. As PXT shifts headquarters, we aspire to expand our expertise while continuing to prioritize this geography.

Our values are the center of our identity, and the foundation of everything we do. Deliberately chosen to ensure clarity and cohesion, they reflect how our team works in practice and are applied across decisions, relationships, and execution. They distill what has driven our success — ensuring we continue to consistently deliver results under pressure.

Our positions offer a unique opportunity to:

  • Learn how a non-traditional private equity firm operates
  • Develop critical thinking by handling open-ended problems
  • Be part of a young, ambitious team with a new approach

We are seeking talented students with displays of extracurricular initiative and the ambition to help build something new.
