The PurpleForest Work Culture
Our aim is to give you a sense of our values and work culture – everything which makes PurpleForest Events what it is.
We are a small team, and the flat hierarchies facilitate short communication and decision-making paths, and pragmatic solutions to any problems that may occur. You will also be in constant contact with your colleagues, managers, and directors, who will support you, share their experience with you and let you experience the fast-evolving world of events. We do not limit your traineeship to work with only one mentor so that you will get to experience different client accounts and a wide variety of event types.
We aim to build your knowledge, experience, and confidence so that you will have the opportunity to make an individual contribution and develop your skills on both a professional and personal level. At the end of the programme, we are developing event managers that can quote, manage, and execute events to our company's service standard. You will be an integral and dependable team player.
