Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Assist in office administration & secretarial duties
- Procurement and shipping support
- Simple accounts duties
- Answering of incoming calls and walk-in customers
- Familiar with HR duties such as interview, welfare and benefits, training
- Create EDM/newsletter/update social media accounts
- Update and maintenance of website
- Other duties as per assigned
Requirements :
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Business Administration/Art & Design/HR Management
- Fresh entry with no working experience are welcome
- Able to commit at least 6 months, possibility to permanent position (depends on availability and performance)
- Must be independent, committed, hardworking and full of initiative
- Proficient in computer software such as MS office, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
- Good in communications and a good team player with positive & bubbly personality
