Job Description

Job Summary:

  • The position is responsible for the business performance and revenue of the F&B Department, maintain a high customer service standard and quality, as well as enhancing operations efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Project team to develop the design and setup of the juice bar
  • Manage and oversee daily operations of F&B Department
  • Hiring and training of frontline staff
  • Plan, drive and monitor process improvement to enhance business performance and cost control
  • Define SOP for the F&B operations and control operations cost while achieving service standard
  • Identify market trend and opportunities to increase sales and profitability
  • Responsible to develop the budget plan and forecast annual revenue of the department
  • Handle customer complaints

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Sports Science & Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in Supervisory or Management capacity in leading a team of staffs.
  • Experience in managing multi-outlets or high end restaurants an added advantage.
  • Good problem solving skills and self-motivated with good leadership qualities
