Responsibilities:

• Filing of documents
• Handle all sales related activities and documentation
• Packing goods
• Handle in-coming sales enquires, by telephone, email , fax and correspondence
• Sending enquiry to supplier, follow-up with the enquiry status from supplier
• Prepare quotation, acknowledges and process customer purchase order
• Response to customers' queries and expedite requests
• Handle all sales related activities and documentation
• Perform Ad-hoc duties when needed

Requirements:

• Required language(s): English 
• No working experience required
• Able speak mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking customers
• Self-motivated, good working attitude and willing to learn
• Ability to multi-task and handle consistent workflow
• Initiative to follow up on pending issues and organize and assign work
