JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide sales and administrative support to sales team
• Follow-up enquiries with local and overseas clients, and quotations
• Preparing of quotation based on customer requests
• Handling routine telephone & email/fax queries from customers
• Generate quotation, purchase orders, and sales orders
• Coordinating with operation (factory) and purchasing to expedite on-time deliveries to customers
• Perform any other duties such as simple packaging

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum NITEC/ HNITEC, Diploma or equivalent
• Team player with a positive work attitude
• Experience on Microsoft Excel will be an advantage
• Preferred bilingual in English and Mandarin
• Able to work in a fast pace environment
• Good working attitude, proactive, independent and self-motivated individual
• Candidates with no working experience are welcome to apply 
• Able to start work immediately or short notice
