The intern will be attached to the Fleet Operations section and will support the team in the following activities:-
- Assist in the implementation of International Management System (ISM) and Planned Maintenance System (PMS) in the Fleet;
- Follow up on safety initiatives such as “Implementation Of Anti-slip Step Cover” or “Take-5 Audit” to improve on the safety awareness in the Fleet;
- Follow up on the “Management-Crew engagement program” and “FMD-PSD Dialogue Session”;
- Assist on the preparation and execution of special survey for containership “PSA Sustainability” & “PSA Connectivity”;
- Assist on the compilation of ship’s drawings, certificate, budget, forecast and documents;
- Assist on the preparation of both internal & external audits;
- Assist on the tender of term-contract for various vendors and suppliers;
- Perform any other ad-hoc duty as assigned.
