We're expanding our HR operations and looking for a Full-Time Recruitment Officer to join our growing team. You'll also work closely with leadership to implement recruitment strategies and improve hiring efficiency. Core responsibilities include: Managing job postings across multiple hiring platforms Screening resumes and conducting preliminary interviews Coordinating interviews and follow-ups with candidates and teams Drafting offers, onboarding documents, and employment contracts Maintaining accurate hiring records and recruitment dashboards Supporting employer branding initiatives and social media posts Preparing recruitment reports and reviewing hiring KPls with management Assisting in HR-related administrative tasks as needed

Eligibility Criteria Singaporean or PR only Male applicants must have completed NS A-Level / Local Diploma / Degree
Age 21-35 preferred
No prior HR experience needed, though any recruitment/admin background is a bonus
