- Strategise process improvements and implement communications plans or digital solutions for the company
- Coordinate air and sea freight activities, such as:
- booking
- documentation
- shipment organisation
- tracking
- billing
- arranging transport
- Understand how 3PL addresses today’s customer business and personal needs
