AI Photobooth & Events Intern (Convertible to Perm!)

Operations Executive Intern 

(With Potential Conversion to Permanent Position)

We are looking for a young, energetic, responsible, and people-oriented Operations Executive Intern to support our event and photobooth operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, meeting clients, and being hands-on at events.

You will be involved in the full event journey—from preparing equipment and coordinating with clients to setting up photobooths, managing other part-time crew, and ensuring smooth on-site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation, setup, testing, and tear-down of photobooths and event equipment.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues involving printers, cameras, computers, internet connections, and photobooth software during events.
• Coordinate with clients, venues, suppliers, and part-time event staff before and during activations.
• Brief, guide, and manage part-time crew to ensure everyone understands their duties and delivers a good customer experience.
• Ensure event setups are neat, presentable, safe, and completed on time.
• Be the on-site point of contact for clients and promptly handle operational requests or issues.
• Help with inventory checks, packing of equipment, stock-taking, and maintaining equipment in good condition.
• Support office-based operational tasks, including scheduling, preparation of event materials, and updating internal records.
• Represent the company professionally and create a fun, welcoming experience for event guests.

Requirements

• Outgoing, extroverted, and comfortable interacting with clients, guests, and other staff.
• Enjoys working with people and being part of live events.
• Organised, punctual, dependable, and highly responsible.
• Able to take initiative, remain calm under pressure, and solve problems quickly.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required for events.
• Comfortable carrying, setting up, and packing event equipment.
• Basic familiarity with computers, printers, cameras, Wi-Fi, or troubleshooting is an advantage, but training will be provided.
• Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a bonus.

Career Opportunity

This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to event operations, client management, and photobooth technology. Strong performers who demonstrate reliability, leadership potential, technical ability, and a positive attitude may be considered for conversion to a permanent Operations Executive position upon completion of the internship.
