Prime Biologics Pte Ltd – Facility Technician

In this position, you will support facility management activities in the operations department to ensure optimal performance throughout.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor, track, evaluate and improve the facility system capacity, efficiency and capability
• Work with High Sensitive Smoke Detection (HSSD) fire protection system
• Work closely with operational team on resolving incidents and work orders
• Upkeep the system maintenance program and maintenance contract
• Resolve issues from the end-user on ACMV related issues
• Conduct routine inspection of facility equipments and utilities
• Coordinate contract job servicing and supervision of contractors
• Conduct maintenance, repair works and source parts supplies and material for replacement
• Monitor and control equipment calibration and maintenance due dates
• Monitor consumable and parts inventory
• Update and revision of quality records
• Plan, organise and supervise a team of contractors in carrying out planned and ad-hoc maintenance work

Requirements

• Possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma
• 1-2 years of working experience is preferred
• Experience working in a cGMP or cleanroom environment is a plus
• Normal office hours apply, shift work is not required for this position
