Primarius – Operation Executives

Job Description

• Provide support in managing all HR procedures and ensure smooth day to day HR operations. Perform a variety of human resources, personnel and office administrative tasks.
• Responsibilities:
• In charge of the recruitment process from sourcing to arranging for interviews.
• Providing support in day-to-day HR Operations such as onboarding, offboarding
• Administration of attendance data.
• Source and work with training providers to conduct courses both internally and externally.
• Resolve Workplace Conflicts, staff grievance, disciplinary issue and termination.
• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Any other general administrative duties/ad-hoc projects as assigned by immediate supervisor.

• A team player with excellence communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact and communication effectively with all levels of staff.
