At Presto Drycleaners, there is a second generation taking over the business, and with this, there is a strong motivation to modernise and grow this company. We are looking for an intern who have the drive to lead and create change within the old traditional laundry business. An appreciation of both the art and science of Marketing will be beneficial.
We are on an exciting track of change and have an opportunity for an individual to join us as a Customer Research intern. You should have an excellent ability to multitask, work independently and have the initiative to solve problems on a daily basis.
As an intern, we do not expect you to have significant prior experience, but you should have an enthusiasm to tackle operational issues and customer complaints. A genuine interest in fashion, laundry and learning new things will be key to your success in this role with us.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Contribute and brainstorm research methods for Presto’s Customer Research
- Lead and execute customer research project through active participation and communication with key customers and internal store managers
- Deliver high quality research report at the end of internship period to generate key customer insights for management future strategic decision making
