Job Description

Job Title: Intern (Clinical Quality)

Job Responsibilities 

  • Assist with document control of quality management system
  • Assist with management of personnel's training
  • Assist with quality control of documents
  • Assist with the maintenance of access to eQMS – Quality Connect
  • Assist to maintain high competency in ICH GCP, appropriate regulations, relevant SOPs, and internal tracking systems
  • Assist with Incident and CAPA management
  • Assist CQA department with internal audits
  • Drafting of meeting minutes
  • Perform other related duties as assigned


Skills & Qualification 

  • Min. Qualification: GCE A Level/ Diploma Holder
  • No working experience needed as on the job training will be provided
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs
  • Able to start within short notice
  • Able to commit for minimum 6 months
