Job Description

Baseline activities the Intern/Associate Trainee will be responsible for include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform basic administrative duties, assist with day to day reports
  • Participate in organising medical webinars
  • Conduct client survey
  • Help plan and design business processes and make recommendations for improvement
  • Assist in resolving business issues using systems and data
  • Help launch new initiatives
  • Work with Business Development Team to assist prospects and clients in providing medical administrative services as a value-added service
  • Assist in network, develop and maintain new and existing clients
  • Ensure a positive client experience by following up and resolving customer service-related issues in an appropriate and timely manner
  • In compliance with company policies and protocols, ensure proper documentation of clients’ data into database

Requirements:

  • At least 3 months’ commitment from Sep 2021
  • Preferably major in Business Administrative, Banking and Finance, Marketing, etc
  • Required language(s): Bi-lingual, excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills
  • Good team player
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel preferred
  • Someone who enjoys learning and willing to take on new challenges
  • Applicants must have the right to work in Singapore

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm; Saturday: 9am - 1pm
