Job Description

The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Intern to join our commercial team during an exciting phase of growth for a minimum of 12 weeks starting from April onwards. This role is designed for a proactive individual who enjoys building processes from the ground up and supporting projects with key customers. You will be instrumental in optimizing our sales funnel, ensuring our international expansion is documented and scalable, and providing the data-driven insights needed to refine our sales strategy. While you will work cross-functionally, you will work mostly with the CEO, Jake, and Business Development Lead, Angie.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Management: Lead the optimization of our CRM system using AirTable, restructuring of our CRM interface and workflow, and other operational tasks like ensuring high-quality data entry, periodic data auditing, and pipeline accuracy.
  • Export & Compliance: Manage applications for certifications required for exports. This includes form-filling, liaising with relevant authorities, and creating checklists and SOPs for future shipments.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop and refine B2B marketing materials tailored to each stage of the sales pipeline (e.g., Top-of-Funnel decks, pre-NDA information packs, and technical documentation to be shipped with product samples).
  • Operational Support: Assist the commercial team with administrative tasks that streamline the sales process, ensuring a seamless experience for potential B2B partners.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Marketing, Food Science, Supply Chain, or a related field.

  • This is a full-time, in-office position based at our Singapore office, with a minimum of 3 months starting from April onwards (flexible).

  • The role will require proficiency in standard office tools (Google Workspace) and familiarity with CRM software (ex. Pipedrive, Airtable), coding skills with Excel and AirTable.

  • Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills; ability to create professional presentation decks and documentation and ability to read and interpret data.

  • Proficiency with AI tools (ex. Gemini) is a plus.

  • Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.
