The Communications department is looking for a talented, driven and meticulous intern. The intern has the opportunity to be exposed to the different functions within communications and is involved in various routine activities as well as special projects.

- Responsive in updating and maintaining corporate information
- Maintain currency and relevance of the website and any micro sites
- Assist the implementation of events including media conferences / briefings, visits / tours, exhibitions, etc
- Assist in the production / engagement in video / filmlets, conferences and exhibitions
- Assist to update and coordinate entries for various marketing directory listings
- Assist to evaluate and manage requests for sponsorships
- Monitor news; and market developments
- Conduct media and market research
- Initiate and maintain status files of various projects and assignments – hardcopy and in the electronic folder
- Ensure delivery of work in a timely manner
- Take ownership of assignments and strive to deliver quality work
- Demonstrate a team player attitude by being flexible and responsible. Be a self-starter
- Proactively provide creative communications ideas
- Raise issues to the management team in a timely and proactive manner

Minimum Qualifications
- Strong language skills; ideally bilingual
- Organised and able to multi-task
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Applications
- Cambridge GCE ‘O’ Level and in final year of tertiary education preferably in related field / diploma
- Appreciation of Branding and Communications is required
