Prada Singapore Pte Ltd – Retail Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities: 

• Supports Retail Operations Manager in retail operations and administrative matters
• Communicates the Company’s policies and general information to the staff to ensure alignment with Corporate Standards and among Stores.
• Ensures that all policies & procedures (inventory, bargain sales, product handling etc.) are properly implemented at Store Level.
• Prepares regular reports on sales trends, activities implemented, budget variations, etc.
• Supports planning, organization and execution of retail events

Requirements: 

• Strong administrative skills and ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Good team player; proactive
