Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Represent the company as a first point of contact in handling customer queries
  • Managing a multi-channel customer support function through social media, online chats, email and phone
  • Reaching out to relevant teams for information and following up with customers queries
  • Escalating customer issues to the appropriate team
  • Record of customer interaction
  • Resolve product problems and perform service recovery satisfaction
  • Cross-sell and recommend relevant products and services to customers

Job Requirements

  • To have a positive demeanour and customer-centric approach
  • Enjoy customer satisfaction
  • Minimum 1 year experience in front-of-house or customer facing roles

Skills Required

  • Experience managing social media accounts
  • Telemarketing and/or customer service skills
