Key Responsibilities

• To outreach and engage businesses or working individuals to up-skill and improve their employability or achieve their learning aspirations
• To propose suitable training solutions to customers via various channels (Social Media, Virtual Sessions, Telemarketing, and events)
• Provide consultation for customers to onboard them for suitable courses
• Develop alternative sales channel to growth personal sales portfolio
• Maintain superior relationships with internal and external stakeholders to expand one's network 
• To actively participate in assigned corporate events, learning classes and seminars

Job Qualifications

• Candidate must posses at least a Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Sound analytical mind with good presentation skills, both written and verbal 
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and great attention to detail 
• Passionate about guiding and coaching businesses and individuals to achieve personal breakthrough
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
