Recruitment:
- Search for candidate prospects on Job Portals and LinkedIn
- Screen CVs against job descriptions and desired competencies
- Ensure ATS (Applicants Tracking System) is updated promptly
- Coordinate and arrange for candidate interviews
- Conduct phone/video interviews to shortlist applicants
- Create job advertisements/postings for approval and posting on recruitment channels
- Support HR-related projects and other administrative work
Employer Branding:
- Brainstorm and ideate creative approach for Employer Branding initiatives
- Design, execute and support events and engagement activities to attract talents
- Track, analyse and evaluate success of activities launched
Job Description
Our new team member will need:
- Commit for at least 5-6 months
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in Abode Creative Cloud will be advantageous
- To be Tech Savvy with keen interest in doing research and data mining
- To be resourceful, self-motivated and love connecting people
- To be interested working in HR department with an EdTech start-up
