Job Description
- Handle day to day operations of the administrative functions and duties
- Check, verify AP invoices with PO and submit for approval.
- Input data entries via ShipNet Software.
- Reconcile Purchase Orders and Accounts Payable Subsidiary Ledgers.
- Booking of air tickets, prepare Travel Expenses claim and other ad-hoc duties assigned
