Porousway Pte Ltd specializes in overlay surfaces (particularly anti slip flooring) for home owners while our parent company - Intersurface Pte Ltd, focuses on sports flooring (e.g. basketball court, playground, running track). Our clients includes direct customers (e.g. home owners), interior designers, main contractors and and educational institutes. 

We are currently expanding and looking for young talents to fill up the final missing role - sales. The current team at Porousway Pte Ltd comprises of:

  • Operations Manager: 30 years old
  • Sales and Marketing Executive: 22 years old
  • Graphic designer cum social media sales: 22 years old
  • Administrative support: 22 years old
  • Part time administrative support: 22 years old
Job Description

In search of: Sales and marketing executive

You can be assured that:

  • Mentoring and training will be provided. You won't be thrown into the "deep sea" and expected to deliver.
  • For as long as you are willing to learn, we will be willing to teach (i.e. job related skills or even cross-divisional knowledge). 

Role requirements

  • Self driven & motivated to learn
  • Strong verbal and written communicator
  • Able to handle constant rejections
  • Able to execute daily routines (e.g. searching for leads; cold calling)

Responsibilities

  • Execution of sales activities
  • Research for prospects and generating leads.
  • Product presentation
  • Handling of customer inquiries
  • Preparing and sending of quotation and proposals.

Work hours

  • 9 am- 6 pm

What is the process like?

Submission of application > Porousway will respond within 3 days > Interview > upon acceptance > 1 - 2 months probation > probation pass = conversion to permanent staff. 

  • 1st week: product training and assessment
  • 2nd - 8th week: Further training and execution of sales related activities
