HR Recruitment Officer (Part-time)
Role Responsibilities:
- Publish our open positions on as many job portals as possible, keep them updated and improve texts to maximize reach
- Receive and evaluate resumes
- Contact candidates via email and phone to follow-up on their application and make the first selection
- Organize & run the first interview for non-tech roles; only organize the first interview for tech roles
- Participate in, organize and coordinate career fairs
