Popsical SG – Accounting Intern

Job Description

We are seeking for calibre team players to join us as transactional accountancy for the Company’s day to day transactions and our expansion. 

Responsibilities

Handling and maintaining of full sets of accounts monthly, including and not limited to invoicing, journals (of inventory, accruals, prepayments and etc), fixed assets, financial general ledger and reconciliation of bank statement;

Reconciliation of Sales and Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables;

Preparation of Financial Statements and Notes to the Accounts in accordance to FRS; 

Preparation of relevant schedules and liaise with tax, audit and statutory reporting;

Assist on project costing, forecasting of cash flow, banking of cash collections, and special projects; 

Payroll and human resources related; 

Coordination of delivery administration; and

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Graduate Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/ Completion of ACCA certification;

At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in auditing;

Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply for junior position;

Students and Interns in accountancy enrolment are encourages to apply 

Strong accounting knowledge, communication, writing and follow up skills;

Analytical, meticulous and eye for details;

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet timeline;

Those who can start immediately or within a short notice period will have an added advantage.

Bilingual in Mandarin and English preferred.

Work Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm
