Popsical MY – Retail Sales Assistant / Sales Promoter (KL, Malaysia)

We are retailing our own brandname, POPSICAL, streaming karaoke device and having retail outlet at Midvalley Megamall, Midvalley City, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Responsibilities:

Work shifts (4 to 4.5 days - 48hrs per week) at the stores in Midvalley City Megamall, Kuala Lumpur Malaysia

-To provide customer service to existing customers when they visit our stores

-Attend to prospective customers and generate sales

-Work with Supervisor to manage stock levels at the stores

-Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the stores

-Gather customer feedbacks and thus provide constructive suggestions to improve the product or operations through the Supervisor

Requirements:

-Education: Minimum SPM or Diploma

-Year of Experience: 1 to 2 years

-Relevant experience as Promoter or Sales Shop/Retail Assistant

-Service oriented and able to engage people easily

-A bubbly personality and a love for singing would be an added advantage
