Job Description
  • Check that the appointed vendors have carried out services in accordance with the specifications of their contracts and that partners adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures
  • Check that the appointed vendors have carried out services in accordance with the lesson plans that have been approved and with strict compliance with the health and safety protocols (allocated time for warm-up, main activity and cool-down) for physical activity programmes (on-site and virtual)
  • Record responses or observations of programmes, on-site. virtual, hybrid, online events, fitness, or activity sessions, and/or the outlet owner / staff in the check-list forms provided.
  • Conduct audits for virtual and physical programmes (e.g. virtual exercise classes, physical assembly programmes) and record responses or observations through documentation provided.
  • Submit the necessary reports within the stipulated timeframe instructed by the Society
