Job Scope:
- Provide information on the types of plans the company has
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Process claims registration and processing
- Manage Intercom and respond to customer service enquiries
- Process data system entry into spreadsheets
- Perform ad hoc daily administrative work
- Handle incoming new account creation
