About the role
We are looking for a Digital Communication and Marketing intern who thrives in a challenging, exciting, and fast-paced start-up environment. Reporting directly to our Head of Growth, your core responsibilities will be to help with marketing projects for PolicyPal Group. You will also support multi-channel marketing activities, in particular, to raise branding and drive sign-ups.
Our ideal candidate is someone who is proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a timely manner. Responsibilities:
Maintain media presence and continuously build up PolicyPal branding in Singapore via Press Release
Support in PR and communications efforts from ideation to execution
Assist in multi-channel marketing strategies to develop and design loyalty programs and campaigns
Planning and executing viral marketing campaigns across social media platforms and drive content creation as part of the marketing funnel, launch relevant content through blog posts and articles
Support in ad hoc projects designed to improve PolicyPal’s branding
Support in content ideation to grow retention portion
Data analysis with ability to simplify information from various sources
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills - verbal and written
Proactive and responsive in delivering high-quality works that support the team and the company, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Assist in campaign/ event collating of information and analyzing campaign performance and reporting
Service-oriented team player with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build and foster relationships
Detail-oriented, problem solver, a strong organizer with ability to create presentations that simplify information
Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines
