We are looking for a Marketing intern / assistant to support our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating projects, keeping systems organized, and supporting campaigns across multiple channels.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth execution of marketing initiatives, maintaining operational efficiency, and supporting events, campaigns, and reporting activities.
Key responsibilities:
• Update and maintain campaign trackers, to-do lists, and calendars.• create and edit marketing materials such for socials, blog and presentations
• Proofread and ensure brand consistency in all content.
• Support logistics for events, webinars, and trade shows (invitations, registrations, lead follow-up).
• Help consolidate contacts and maintain accurate CRM/lead lists.
• Handle ad hoc tasks to support Senior Manager, Strategy & Marketing.
