Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Production Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Art Director, Marketing team, and other relevant departments to conceptualise, develop, and execute high-quality design projects across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Art Director, Marketing team, and other departments on creative design projects.
• Develop and execute visual concepts that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Prepare artwork and layouts for print and digital production.
• Manage and assign design pages through online publishing or workflow management systems.
• Ensure all designs are produced accurately and meet quality standards and project deadlines.
• Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and production technologies.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Strong creative flair with an impressive portfolio showcasing design capabilities.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Solid knowledge of print production processes and requirements.
• Experience using online publishing, content management, or page assignment systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Meticulous attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Committed to delivering high-quality work and maintaining professional standards.
