We’re seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Intern to help us organize, track, and maintain our stock of automation components and materials. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, problem-solving, and hands-on work in a technical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct a full review and physical count of existing inventory.
Organize and label products, tools, and equipment for easier access.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in spreadsheets or ERP software.
Identify missing, damaged, or misplaced items and report discrepancies.
Assist in developing a clear inventory management system or categorization structure.
Support incoming and outgoing stock tracking (receiving and dispatching).
Coordinate with the operations and procurement teams to align on inventory levels.
Recommend improvements for better storage and process efficiency.
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfortable working in a workshop or warehouse environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (basic formulas, sorting, data entry).
Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
Interest in industrial automation or technical environments is a plus.
