Job Description

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Intern to help us organize, track, and maintain our stock of automation components and materials. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, problem-solving, and hands-on work in a technical environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct a full review and physical count of existing inventory.

  • Organize and label products, tools, and equipment for easier access.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in spreadsheets or ERP software.

  • Identify missing, damaged, or misplaced items and report discrepancies.

  • Assist in developing a clear inventory management system or categorization structure.

  • Support incoming and outgoing stock tracking (receiving and dispatching).

  • Coordinate with the operations and procurement teams to align on inventory levels.

  • Recommend improvements for better storage and process efficiency.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Comfortable working in a workshop or warehouse environment.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (basic formulas, sorting, data entry).

  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently.

  • Interest in industrial automation or technical environments is a plus.
