- Job Description
The Legal Intern will be on a 6-month work duration to support the firm to:
- Support the team in the preparation of legal documentation.
- Provide legal advice, conduct legal research and analysis for various areas including contract law, information technology, data privacy, intellectual property, employment law, conflict of law, and company law.
- Proof-Reading and cross-checking of contractual documents
- Drafting of court documents
- Provide the team with legal-related support
- Support any adhoc work/legal projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Have completed your legal studies and/or are looking for a full-time position to bridge the waiting period.
- Excellent with Microsoft Office (Msword & Excel)
- Good command of English with a flair for writing
- Independent and resourceful
- A good team player
- Attention to details
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- University Graduates or Final Year Law students may apply
