Responsibilities

• Handle HR tasks relating to HR policies, payroll system HRIS updates, recruitment, on/off boarding, compensation and benefits, learning and development, etc.
• Prepare employment contracts, acknowledgement of resignation letters, staff confirmation letters, promotion letters and other HR-related letters
• Manage recruitment/hiring processes including interview, reference checks, execute employee onboarding, new hire orientation, etc
• Monitor and administer work pass applications/ renewals/ cancellations via EPOL and WPOL, etc.
• Yearly review of insurance policy as well as administration of registration status
• Apply applicable government funding.
• Prepare and review the performance management form, progress and advise as necessary.
• You will also manage the general office administrative duties such as purchasing office supplies, managing office budget and supporting reception support.
• Any other adhoc duties & projects as assigned by the Management.
