Platinum Yoga Pte Ltd – Accounts Executive

• Handle full sets of accounts, GST, and compliance matters.
• Responsible for the full spectrum of payroll functions (calculating the commission, monthly CPF contribution, IR8A tax submission)
• Update staff leaves records and medical claims.
• In-charge to file employment income yearly basis.
• Preparation of Bank Reconciliation, Quarterly GST Reporting, Monthly Cashflow Forecast, etc.
• Prepare GST submission, income tax returns, audit schedules, etc.
• Monthly journal prepayment, accrued sales, FA, support fee, and quarter-end provision.
• Manage bank loans, Corporate credit card payments.
• Handling/Posting petty cash.
• Correspond accounting audit/inquiry by the audit firm.
• Prepare corporate and personal income tax.
• Assist in ad-hoc administrative duties.

Qualifications And Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
• Proficient in MS office.
• Preferably experience with Quickbook Accounting and SME Payroll System.
• Meticulous and organized.
• Strong knowledge in technical accounting and financial controlling.
• Able to start immediately or on short notice.
