Over 2 weeks this early December, let us bring you on an immersive EXTERNSHIP experience through Planners Inc's people, culture and processes and showcase why we believe we have the best advisory programme for undergraduates.

From our signature in depth personal development curriculum to our best in class 9 stage Advisory & Client Acquisition process, you’ll learn and discover how we render great advice and solutions, centring our practice on building strong relationships and delivering excellent service.

You will be exposed to:

• Building up both your knowledge and skills in Business Development and Financial Advisory.
• From workshops to personal coaching to hands-on fieldwork, our curriculum is proven to accelerate both your personal and professional growth.
• ⁠Entrepreneurship and Leadership skills in developing start-ups, building teams and people skills. You will be in an environment of startup owners and will experience what self employment entails.
• Personal and Professional Development through profiling, questionnaires, games and will be expected to do readings, reviews, journaling, reflections and goal setting (and the process of developing it); all aimed to help you develop a long term life mission and roadmap.
• You will also gain insights to the wheel of life and be immersed in true work life integration culture.
• You will participate in GE's Business Challenge competition and stand to win attractive prizes! (icydk, last time we participated, we were both Winner and Runners Up!)

At the end of it all, candidates who shine brighter than others will be offered our Student Apprentices Scholarship Program where you will receive attractive allowances and incentives and personalised mentorship of your career and life planning.

Upon graduation, apprentices will be fast tracked to our Graduate Management Associate Programme (psst, did you know our previous graduates are now amongst the Top 10% of income earners in their cohorts AND in SG?)

Your EXTERNSHIP allowance

We have 2 parts to the allowance:

⁠Basic EXTERNSHIP allowance: $300

EXTERNSHIP Business Challenge: winning teams will earn prizes from $500 to $3,000!

⁠Also, ⁠Externs transitioning to apprentices will receive sponsorships and allowances of up to $24,000
