Internship - Assistant Engineer

The Assistant Engineer Intern will support the production and design teams in day-to-day operations related to mechanical assembly, testing, documentation, and logistics. This internship offers hands-on experience in machine assembly, technical documentation, and workshop practices.

Key Responsibilities

Production Support

• Assist the machine assembly team with mechanical assembly and installation tasks
• Support in machine testing, data collection, and debugging activities
• Measure and inspect parts against technical drawings and specifications
• Ensure all work tools are properly maintained and kept clean
• Maintain good housekeeping and safety practices within the workshop

Design & Documentation

• Assist in preparing machine manuals and other technical documentation
• Help with material handling and logistics coordination
• Support in preparing Purchase Requisition Forms and Purchase Orders

General

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or engineering team
