Job Description

Part-Time Admin Assistant


As a Part-Time Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of firm. This position is ideal for university undergraduates seeking to earn part-time income while pursuing their studies. The role offers a flexible schedule with the opportunity to work remotely, with the requirement of attending a mandatory weekly meeting at our office.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Coordinate appointments for team members.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a university undergraduate program.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Telemarketing experience is highly favoured.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Previous administrative or office experience is preferred but not required.
  • Reliable internet connection and access to necessary technology for remote work.

Hours: Minimum 16-20 hours per week

Pay: $10-$12 per hour
