Job description

Reporting to a corporate secretarial manager, the candidate will be involved in the following:

1. Manage a portfolio of corporate secretarial clients
2. Handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including preparation of directors’ and shareholders’ minutes of meeting and resolutions, incorporation of companies etc.
3. Ensure statutory records of the clients are properly maintained up to date
4. Perform relevant client acceptance and AML checks
5. Provide clients with ad-hoc advisory on corporate secretarial matters
6. Ensure compliance with statutory timelines and requirements
7. Ensure timely billing and collection

Requirements

• Relevant diploma, university degree, ICSA, LLB or other relevant qualification 
• Candidate with ICSA qualification or currently pursuing ICSA course will be an added advantage
• At least two years or more working experience in corporate secretarial industry
• Good understanding of Singapore/Malaysia Companies Act
• Able to work independently
• Excellent time management and problem solving skills
• Organised, meticulous and good time management skills
• Good team player
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
