TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER (FREELANCER)
Our award-winning healthcare startup is looking for a Freelancer to conduct technical support & maintenance.
This is for an IoT medication device being deployed for trials at a local hospital.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Understand functions and features of the hardware, firmware and software
2. Conduct remote & on-site diagnostics, troubleshooting and modifications
- Remote device monitoring & diagnostics via MQTT client
- Onsite diagnostics and troubleshooting on physical hardware parts (panels, chassis, mechanical movement)
- On-site hardware repairs using spare parts and modifications
REQUIREMENTS
1. Be available on call during normal working hours (9AM - 6PM). Do not have to be onsite.
2. Respond and be on-site within 1 hour of activation. Transport will be reimbursed.
3. Good hardware tinkering skills, analytical mind to troubleshoot and solve issues.

WORK PERIOD
2 months, and possibly on a long-term & ad-hoc basis.
WORK LOCATION
Hospital in the central part of Singapore (near Orchard).
REMUNERATION
Hourly. To be discussed depending on experience.
ATTIRE
Smart Casual.
Note: You do not have to be at the hospital from 9am-6pm -- only when issues arise and you're called up.
