Brief job duties:
• Assist in execution of events & exhibitions and other logistics arrangement on site ( Thailand based )
• Liaise and coordinate with Vendors, Sub-contractors on all project requirements or buildup of the event in Thailand.
• Source for materials as per project requirements
• To provide administrative support to a project team
• To undertake assignments on site in Thailand and any other task assigned from time to time
Job Requirements:
• Independent and self-motivated
• Outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic
• Able to withstand outdoor environment as most of the time will be spent at the event venue
Candidates based in local Thailand is preferred.
