Job Description
PRIMARY PURPOSE
The purpose of this position is to provide organizational and administrative support to the Corporate Marketing/ Business Development team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Assist with compilation of marketing collateral for track record purposes and database management
- Assist in tracking and maintaining a comprehensive record of marketing materials
- Assist in co-ordination and execution of Corporate Networking Session for clients
- Assist in sourcing and procurement of corporate gifts.
- Assist with other duties and tasks as assigned.
ESSENTIAL SKILLSETS
- Sound writing skills and resourceful in carrying out research for marketing and business development purposes
- Meticulous, well organized and is able to work independently
- Medium to high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word and Powerpoint) is required.
