Job Description

PRIMARY PURPOSE

The purpose of this position is to provide organizational and administrative support to the Corporate Marketing/ Business Development team.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 

  • Assist with compilation of marketing collateral for track record purposes and database management
  • Assist in tracking and maintaining a comprehensive record of marketing materials
  • Assist in co-ordination and execution of Corporate Networking Session for clients
  • Assist in sourcing and procurement of corporate gifts.
  • Assist with other duties and tasks as assigned.

ESSENTIAL SKILLSETS

  • Sound writing skills and resourceful in carrying out research for marketing and business development purposes
  • Meticulous, well organized and is able to work independently
  • Medium to high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word and Powerpoint) is required.
