Summary

As an Event Intern, you will be part of our dynamic project team, supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of live and virtual events, exhibitions, and experiential marketing campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced events industry, working alongside seasoned professionals and learning from real-world projects.

• Assist in the end-to-end coordination of events and exhibition projects.

• Assist in preparation of marketing collaterals for events.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for client proposals.

• Liaise with vendors and clients with regards to the buildup of the event

• To provide administrative support to a project team.

• To assist in binding proposals such as, tender proposals, presentations etc.

• Support on-site event logistics, set-up, and tear-down where required.

• To undertake assignments on site and any other task assigned from time to time.
