Responsibilities:
As part of the middle office team, you will be supporting our financial advisors, relationship managers and clients with account opening and operational transactions. This role will require strong organisation skills, attention to detail and high level of client-centricity to ensure timely, complete and accurate submissions and excellent service to our internal and external clients. You will be liaising with our front office personnel to handle their enquiries, complaints and feedback, and to follow up with respective business units to propose and deliver solutions when required.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs, especially in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in using Excel VBA Macro will be highly preferred
- Sophisticated general IT skills and willingness to adapt to new applications and learn new programs
- A team player with the ability to work independently and with a can-do attitude
- A highly organized and detail-oriented person with a 'right-first-time' approach
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Conditions:
- Temporary position
- 9.00am to 6.30pm
- Able to commit for 2-3 months
