Mencast Offshore & Marine Pte Ltd – Internship – HR

Mencast Offshore and Marine is a specialist company providing waste management services for the offshore and marine industries. We focus on the safe collection, treatment, and disposal of hazardous waste like toxic water and oil sludge. Our goal is to deliver efficient and environmentally friendly solutions to support sustainable operations. 

Position objective and summary

• With a focus on software upgrading, government grant applications, and discovering new recruitment channels on social media. Bringing a proactive approach and strong analytical skills to optimize HR processes and contribute to the organization's growth.

Main tasks / activities / responsibilities

• Work closely with the HR team to understand the current training system and software components.
• Research available government grants for training and equipment.
• Assist in the application process for government grants, compile and submit grant applications accurately.
• Explore and identify new recruitment channels, including TikTok and popular social media platforms.
• Any other ad-hod jobs assigned.

Job requirements (education, linguistic ability, professional experience, leadership qualities, soft skills etc.)

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Interested in software applications, quick learner of new technologies.
• Efficiently manages multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
• Open to all majors with strong interest in HR / people ops / business operations
