Given our recent adoption of analytics this year, we are expanding our internship roles to include the first of its kind – the quintessential Software Engineer
If you are a self-driven individual who’s keen on getting started with learning to manage data infrastructure and build reliable data pipelines for our trading platform, there will not be an unadventurous moment. If you love fast-moving data and have a penchant for working with data streams, this would be ideal. We expect you to have had some experience using Cloud Services (like AWS), to be familiar with setting up relational databases, working with web-based APIs and fluent with basic Windows programming. Like us, you value final outcomes and optimize towards that. As a bonus, we hope that you have some knowledge of the financial markets (no worries if you do not, we will take care of that).
With that, through this program, we hope to give you a hands-on experience building our data and software infrastructure from the ground up. As a bonus, depending on the calibre of the candidate, we hope to induct capable interns to collaborate with our data science team, to get a feel of what algorithmic trading looks like.
