Trainees are expected to:
- Go through a 1-month training course
- Research investment/trading information
- Propose investment and trading ideas
- Logging of daily activities
- Manage a trading portfolio
- Attend weekly/fortnightly mentoring meetings.
- Weekly accounting and review of activities and work progress and performance
