This is a unique opportunity to participate in building a company from scratch.
Key responsibilities will be to build the 1st 1000 customers, the first 100 vet active vet base, and to roll out the MVP version of the product.
For 1st 1000 customer base end to end responsibility, from strategy to implementation:
Strategy: Who are our target users? What are their pain points? What is their price point for paying for our services? Cheapest way to acquire them?
Execution: Get the first 1000 customers at zero cost. Build a repository of their feedback, rating, reviews and preferred vets.
For 1st 100 vet base end to end responsibility, from strategy to implementation:
Strategy: Who are our target vet population? What is their telling price for providing the service? Cheapest way to acquire them? Laws in SG regarding the service?
Execution: Get the first 100 vets at zero cost. Build a repository of their feedback, rating, reviews and preferred services over telehealth.
MVP, from strategy to implementation:
Strategy: What should be the bare minimum product (website) for us to serve the needs of vets and pets? What features need to be prioritized? Which service provider should we choose for building the MVP?
Execution: A website with min 1000 reviews and ratings from customers in India & SG and 100 reviews and ratings from vets in SG.
About you
You are a Singapore Citizen or PR, familiar with pets and healthcare. Your skills include:
● Scrappy, can do, never-say-die attitude. Positive and inquisitive mind.Ready to roll up your sleeves and get the work done.
● Good understanding of the existing pet, healthcare and tech services and passionate about the space
● Be ready to do a broad range of work from field work to presenting results to the founders
