CORPORATE FINANCE INTERN
As a Corporate Finance Intern, you will be involved in corporate development activities including building financial models, calculating ROIs, understanding industry trends, threats and identify opportunities for growth. You will work closely with our Finance and Data Analytics teams to ensure that all goals are met.
What You’ll Do
Build scenario-based financial models taking into consideration actuals and forecast of each business verticals
Perform valuation and return-on-investment analyses including discounted cash flow analyses to support the fundraise exercise
Preparation of dataroom materials for the fundraise exercise
Support other corporate development activity, including:
Analysis of industry trends, competitive threats, opportunities, and internal performance to support C-level decision making
Support management on other business development opportunities
